MORE THAN EIGHT CENTURIES OF ACADEMIC HERITAGE
Founded in 1218, the University of Salamanca is Spain’s oldest university and one of Europe’s most historic academic institutions. Its relationship with the Spanish language is equally significant: in 1492, Antonio de Nebrija published the first grammar of the Castilian language in Salamanca, a landmark in the modern study of Spanish.
Today, this legacy continues through the international ELE USAL network, bringing Spanish language education connected to the University’s academic tradition to learners around the world. ELE USAL Indonesia carries that connection into a new international setting in Bali.
OUR FIRST SCHOOL IN INDONESIA
The school in Bali is the first school of ELE USAL Indonesia. It has been conceived as a place where academic quality, international perspective, and human warmth come together in an environment that feels both serious and welcoming.
Designed for expats, families, professionals, young learners, and internationally minded students, the school offers comfortable learning spaces where students can participate, connect, and make steady progress.
LANGUAGE BEYOND THE CLASSROOM
On selected Friday evenings, ELE USAL Indonesia becomes a meeting place for Spanish language and culture. Film nights, Spanish karaoke, food gatherings, and board-game evenings create relaxed opportunities to meet people and enjoy the Spanish-speaking world.
Activities are open to students and members of the wider community. Most regular events are free, with advance reservation available through WhatsApp or at reception.
