Spanish for Real Beginner Communication
By the end of the module, learners should be increasingly able to understand and use familiar Spanish in simple, supported interactions.

Short messages, profiles, notices, conversations, descriptions, and guided beginner writing.
Culture and Final Communication Task
Collaborative activities and a guided final task connecting language with the Spanish-speaking world.
A Pathway Beyond the First Module
A1.1 builds the foundations for continued progress while giving families clear academic expectations.
Progression to A1.2
Students completing A1.1 receive priority for the following A1.2 module. Progression considers attendance and satisfactory completion of assessed work.
- A1.1: 30 guided hours.
- A1.2: 30 guided hours.
- Complete A1 pathway: 60 guided hours.
- New A1.2 learners require proof of level or a placement assessment.
Certificate of Achievement
Eligible learners receive an internal Certificate of Achievement issued by ELE USAL Indonesia after completing the module requirements.
- At least 80% attendance, unless a justified exception is approved by the Academic Department.
- Satisfactory completion of assessed work.
- Passing final evaluation.
- The certificate is not a DELE or SIELE qualification.

An Additional 20% for the First 30 Students
The opening promotion applies to the first 30 students across all ELE USAL Indonesia courses who complete registration and the required payment. It can be combined with the Complete A1 Bundle while promotional places remain.
The ordinary registration fee is IDR 250,000. For eligible students, the additional 20% opening discount is applied to the module price or to the already-discounted IDR 8,100,000 bundle, giving IDR 6,480,000. Frequently Asked Questions
Does my teenager need previous Spanish experience?
No. A1.1 is designed for beginners. If the learner has studied Spanish before, the academic team may recommend an online level check and a short oral assessment to confirm the most appropriate entry point.
Is this a complete A1 course?
A1.1 is the first 30-hour module. Completing both A1.1 and A1.2 provides the full 60-hour A1 pathway offered by ELE USAL Indonesia.
How is progress assessed?
Assessment considers attendance, participation, classroom tasks, language development, and a final evaluation. It is used to guide progress and determine readiness for the next module.
Can a student join A1.2 without completing this course?
Yes, subject to availability and academic approval. Learners entering directly into A1.2 need suitable proof of level or must complete the school’s placement process.
What happens if a learner joins after the start date?
Late entry is subject to availability and academic approval. The standard course price still applies, and the team will explain the learner’s current gap and any suitable support options before registration.
