Progress Feedback
Teachers follow participation, comprehension, oral communication, completed activities, projects, attitude, and individual development.

Certificate of Attendance
Learners who attend at least 80% of the programme receive a Certificate of Attendance issued by ELE USAL Indonesia. Justified exceptions are reviewed by the Academic Department.

Pay for the Classes Taught Each Month
Friday classes run from 16:00 to 17:30, from 4 September 2026 to 18 June 2027. Tuition is billed per taught 90-minute class, so each invoice reflects the school calendar and the number of classes taught that month.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my child need previous Spanish experience?
Not necessarily. Placement considers age, previous exposure to Spanish, learning needs, and the composition of the group. The academic team may recommend an online level check and a short oral conversation when appropriate.
Is this programme only for international families?
No. The programme welcomes local and international families in Bali who want a structured and culturally meaningful Spanish learning experience for their children.
How are children assessed?
Assessment is continuous and formative. Teachers follow participation, comprehension, communication, projects, attitude, and individual progress instead of relying mainly on traditional examinations.
When will families receive progress information?
Progress reports are planned for the first week of December, the first week of March, and the final week of the programme.
Does this programme complete CEFR A1?
No fixed CEFR completion is promised. The 60-hour programme develops beginner foundations at an age-appropriate pace; progress depends on age, attendance, previous exposure, and individual development.
Is there a Christmas break?
Yes. The programme follows the confirmed school calendar. Any adjustment required by an official Indonesian national holiday will be communicated directly to families.
Does submitting the enquiry form reserve a place?
No. An enquiry is free and does not reserve a place. The team will confirm availability, placement, current promotional eligibility, and the next registration steps before any payment.
Is IDR 900,000 a fixed monthly fee?
No. It is the standard tuition for four taught 90-minute classes. Each class costs IDR 225,000 before any eligible discount. A month with five taught classes costs IDR 1,125,000, and holidays are reflected in the teaching calendar and invoice.
