CLEAR INFORMATION FOR OUR COMMUNITY
These Terms & Conditions explain how course confirmation, payments, cancellations, attendance, academy credit, learning materials, and participation are managed at ELE USAL Indonesia.
ENROLMENT & PAYMENT
Your place is guaranteed only after ELE USAL Indonesia has confirmed your schedule and received the required payment.
EXPERIENCE THE SCHOOL
Experience ELE USAL Indonesia before enrolling. Our Open House / Free Trial sessions are held every Friday afternoon, subject to availability.
REFUND CONDITIONS
The applicable outcome depends on when ELE USAL Indonesia receives the cancellation.
The course payment will be refunded in full.
The credit remains valid for 6 months.
The payment cannot be refunded or converted into credit.
CLASS ATTENDANCE
The conditions for missed classes depend on the learning format.
Missed group classes cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or transferred.
With at least 24 hours’ notice, a lesson may be rescheduled, subject to teacher availability.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson is considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Parents must notify the school at least 24 hours before the class.
When notice is received on time, the lesson fee will be credited toward the next invoice. Classes cannot be refunded.
CREDIT CONDITIONS
Where Academy Credit is granted, all the following conditions apply.
SCHOOL CONDITIONS
These conditions support a safe, organised, and high-quality learning environment.
Books, readers, novels, board games, and other educational materials provided by the school remain the property of ELE USAL Indonesia. Unless otherwise stated, they are for use within the school only and should not be removed from the premises. Students are asked to keep all materials in good condition.
Group classes are designed for a maximum of 12 students. ELE USAL Indonesia reserves the right to combine or cancel groups with insufficient enrolment.
The school will inform students in advance of closures due to Indonesian public holidays or scheduled school holidays. Replacement lessons will be arranged whenever applicable.
Students are expected to arrive on time, respect teachers, staff, and classmates, take care of school facilities and equipment, and maintain an atmosphere conducive to learning.
ELE USAL Indonesia reserves the right to remove any student whose behaviour seriously disrupts classes or affects the safety and well-being of others.
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during classes or school events for promotional purposes. Students who do not wish to appear should inform the school in writing before the course begins.
ELE USAL Indonesia processes personal data in accordance with applicable Indonesian regulations and uses it only for academic, administrative, and communication purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy.
ELE USAL Indonesia reserves the right to modify teachers, classrooms, schedules, or course dates when necessary for operational reasons, while always seeking to minimise inconvenience to students.
