The leadership and administration team provides strategic direction, financial oversight, and operational support behind the project.

Norberto Rodríguez

Founder & Director

Norberto leads the overall strategic direction of ELE USAL Indonesia, including the relationship with the ELE USAL network, key brand and business approvals, and high-level project decision-making.

Melysa Charlex

CFO

Melysa supports finance planning, budget visibility, reporting, pricing support, and business performance review, helping the project grow with clarity and long-term sustainability.

Jessica Elvira

Admin / Operations

Jessica supports local administration, operational coordination, logistics, and day-to-day organisational needs. Her role is central to making the school experience reliable, responsive, and locally grounded.

Aránzazu González Sánchez

Head of Studies

Aránzazu is an experienced Spanish language educator, linguistics specialist and academic leader with 20 years of international teaching experience. She holds a Degree in Hispanic Philology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics for Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language.

 

Her academic career spans Europe, Africa and Latin America, where she has taught at universities including Universidade de Brasília, Universidade do Minho and Universidade Eduardo Mondlane. Her expertise includes Spanish language teaching at all levels (A1–C2), curriculum development, teacher training, academic advising and postgraduate education.

 

As Head of Studies at ELE USAL Indonesia, Aránzazu leads the school’s academic programme and oversees teaching quality and curriculum development. She is also a certified DELE examiner (A1–C2), educational content creator and speaker on language-teaching methodologies.

Paula Diego Sánchez

Spanish Teacher

Paula is a qualified Spanish teacher with a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language and a Degree in Hispanic Studies, including a specialization in Spanish language teaching. She has experience teaching Spanish in both university and language school settings, creating engaging, communicative lessons adapted to her students’ needs.

 

She is also a certified DELE examiner (A1–C2) and has experience preparing students for both DELE and SIELE exams. Paula brings creativity, enthusiasm and a student-centred approach to the classroom, helping learners build confidence and communicate naturally in Spanish.
