ELE USAL Indonesia is a Spanish language school in Bali and part of the international ELE USAL network. We are looking for an energetic, proactive and student-focused professional to support student recruitment and admissions.

Be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective students. Guide them from their first enquiry through to enrolment, and support the administration, events and outreach activities that help our school grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Will Do

• Provide clear, professional and courteous course information, advising prospective students on the most suitable options for their needs.
• Convert enquiries into enrolments through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up.
• Respond promptly and professionally via WhatsApp, email, phone and social media.
• Schedule placement tests and coordinate trial lessons for children, in line with the school’s current offer and availability.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students throughout the enrolment process.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and student registration documents.
• Assist in organising open days, workshops and promotional events.
• Support social media activities and marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with schools, companies and local partners.
• Maintain accurate student records in the school management system.

ABOUT YOU

What You Will Bring

Essential Requirements

• Full working rights in Indonesia and a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role within sales, admissions, hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to excellent student service.
• A friendly, energetic, confident and proactive approach.
• Confidence using WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

An Advantage, but Not Essential

• Experience in education, language schools or training centres.
• Experience using CRM systems.

WORKING HOURS & FLEXIBILITY

A Student-Focused Schedule

• Full-time position of 40 hours per week, arranged around the school’s timetable.
• Morning or afternoon/evening shifts, depending on class schedules.
• Saturday work may be required, with a corresponding day off during the week.
• Flexibility is essential during course enrolment periods and school events.
